Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Support the administrative team with monthly planning, executing, monitoring, and constructing marketing strategies and initiatives.
Event management, including overseeing logistics, vendor communication, and supervising operations.
Website vendor management and creating email marketing campaigns.
Marketing content management includes collecting, proofreading, and editing material for various marketing channels.
Marketing Material and stationery management. Creating, editing, ordering, and inventory.
Data analytics and market research: collecting, monitoring, analyzing campaign metrics with comprehensive monthly reports.
Vendor communication and management.
Google Business, SEO, SEM, client testimonials, and review collection management

Qualifications for Marketing Assistant include Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in marketing
work independently in a team setting.
able to work well with all walks of life, and get the best out of them when behind the camera.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including v-log, podcasts, and social, digital, and email marketing
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have the ability to analyze metrics and create reports
Must have a high level of creativity
Occasional travel may be required
Client-facing, camera-ready role requiring professional attire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
