Sleepy Hollow has an exciting opportunity for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our highly successful team. Located in the beautiful Driftless Area of southwest Wisconsin, Sleepy Hollow is looking for someone who is customer focused, a team player, and has a strong work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research: Develop understanding of the consumer journey for relevant products and services. Maintain knowledge of OEM and dealership brand history and positioning, industry trends, and marketing channel trends. Engage in regular competitive analysis and identify opportunities for engagement.
Co-Develop Content Marketing Strategy: In coordination with the Business Development Manager, develop Content Strategy that supports overall Marketing Strategy and aids in achieving the business goals of the Auto Group’s five contributing dealerships.
Develop Content Marketing Plan: Independently create and oversee Content Marketing Plan with input from Business Development Manager, as well as managers from each dealership.
Create Content: Execute the Content Marketing Plan by creating engaging content for different audiences across traditional and digital channels including print, websites, emails, and social media for the purpose of fostering community and building the Sleepy Hollow Auto Group brand.
Publish and Promote Content: Publish consistent, relevant, and engaging content across platforms. Must excel at short- and long-term planning.
Monitor, Analyze, and Optimize Content: Synthesize data and communicate results of specific content and campaigns, as well as how they contribute to overall business results. Use data to continuously improve content marketing strategy and planning.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to present information in a clear and engaging way, personify the voice of the brand, and connect with audiences.
Must have demonstrated proficiency in capturing, editing, publishing, and organizing photo and video content.
Experience in coordinating or managing social media accounts on behalf of a brand is preferred. Must have experience using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to lead creative projects and facilitate ideation with others.
Professional or educational background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations and departments.
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to Sleepy Hollow Auto Group locations in Cresco, IA and Caledonia, MN.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
