Job Description:

The Proposal Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development and submission of winning proposals that align with our organization's goals and objectives. This position requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage proposal projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.
Craft compelling and persuasive written content that effectively communicates our value proposition, solution offerings, and competitive advantages.
Ensure that proposals are customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client and opportunity.
Develop and maintain proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Coordinate pre-bid meetings to discuss proposal requirements, clarify expectations, and align internal stakeholders.
Utilize pre-bid checklists to ensure all necessary components and requirements are addressed and included in proposals.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines and standards.
Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of proposals, including proofreading, formatting, and consistency checks.
Maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, templates, and resources to facilitate efficient and consistent proposal development processes.
Continuously update and refine proposal materials based on feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
Proposal Strategy and Optimization:
Contribute to the development of proposal strategies and approaches to increase win rates and maximize competitiveness.
Analyze past proposal performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and refinement.

Requirements

High school diploma
Min 2 years of experience
Excellent grammar and editing skills
Detail oriented
Superior written and oral communication skills
Salesforce, InDesign, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Effective communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
