Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa practice. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, organizational skills and have a keen understanding of social media marketing trends.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
Utilize tools such as Preview for scheduling posts and monitoring social media activity.
Engage with followers through active social listening, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing
Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Google and Yelp
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is a plus.
A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
