Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Work Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week

We are a premier plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills, renowned for delivering luxury aesthetic experiences. We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team, starting with a three-month internship and transitioning into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting our online presence. Beginning as an intern, you will assist in creating engaging content in-office and developing digital strategies that align with our brand. Following a successful internship, this position will transition into a full-time, in-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to create high-quality photo and video content on-site.
Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and grow our social media accounts across various platforms.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.

Qualifications:

Background in luxury brand management or previous social media experience.
Proficiency in video editing and content creation.
Demonstrated portfolio of previous work, including accounts managed or grown.
Experience with YouTube and other platforms beyond Instagram or TikTok.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:

Internship: $26/hour (three-month period).
Full-Time: $34/hour with benefits, including:
Health insurance.

Quarterly aesthetic perks.
Milestone-based reimbursement and bonuses, including:
Bonus for achieving 100K followers.
Bonus for reaching 50 patients per week coming in for consultations.
