We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Email Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to guest inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will leverage your skills in digital marketing and email communication to enhance the guest experience while supporting our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Utilize tools such as Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and MailChimp to manage email campaigns and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging email content that aligns with our brand voice.
Conduct testing on email campaigns to optimize performance and improve engagement metrics.
Assist in copywriting for promotional emails, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness in messaging.
Analyze guest feedback and email performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing and email communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CSS, Adobe, and digital marketing tools such as Pardot and MailChimp is preferred.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
Experience in customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications effectively.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Familiarity with testing methodologies for email campaigns is a plus.

Pay: $20.73 - $24.96 per hour
