Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive, organized individual with a passion for digital content production and social projects to fill the position of Digital Content Coordinator.
This role combines coordination skills, content production, and social awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating on the execution of high impact projects, creating audiovisual content in the field, and representing the company during live coverage on our digital platforms.

Coordinate interviews and visits with clients, employees, and communities.
Coordinate community educational events about renewable energy.
Provide logistical support for solar system donation projects.
Identify, document, and validate real stories and testimonials with sensitivity and professionalism.
Supervise and actively participate in audiovisual recordings alongside the production team (videographer and editor).
Perform independent recordings as needed, using mobile equipment provided by the company.
Serve as presenter or host in live coverages, institutional videos, and social media content.
Support the planning and execution of the content calendar with the marketing team, taking into account key dates, product launches, events, and campaigns.
Collaborate in writing scripts, storyboards, and content proposals for social and commercial campaigns.
Monitor and apply social media content trends to ensure the brand remains relevant across digital platforms.
Work in coordination with the internal marketing team and external vendors.
Support special tasks assigned by the Growth unit, especially in projects related to communication and production.

Requirements

Bachelor's degrees in fields such as graphic design, multimedia, social media, or digital marketing or informal experience in media, communications, digital content, community work, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to speak confidently on camera and represent the brand across digital platforms.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams.
General knowledge of social media and a strong sensitivity toward social impact initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, empathy, and autonomy to carry out fieldwork effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
