TOPDON USA is a growing automotive repair-focused electronics manufacturer, looking for an experienced technical specialist to provide excellent service and help to our customers. This is a full-time position located in our new facility in the Rockaway, NJ. Reporting to the tech team lead, this position will be responsible for providing assistance by phone/email/remote access to TOPDON USA customers with a primary focus on DIY and professional level tools.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to drive the localization and optimization of our US marketing content. This role will focus on restructuring online copy, refining product messaging, and enhancing selling points to better resonate with local audiences. Key responsibilities include revamping Amazon product listings (A+ Content, bullet points, titles) and optimizing TikTok livestreaming scripts to boost engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

1. Localized Content Revamp:Adapt global marketing messages for regional preferences, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy across the US market.
2. E-commerce Copywriting:Rewrite and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and A+ Content, to improve SEO, conversion rates, and brand storytelling.
3. TikTok Live Script Optimization:Refine TikTok live streaming scripts to enhance audience engagement, emphasize key selling points, and drive real-time sales during live sessions.
4. Creative Selling Points:Rework product USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) to align with current market trends and address consumer pain points effectively.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with the marketing team at HQ (China), including designers, content marketers, and Go-To-Market teams, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all platforms.
6. A/B Testing & Performance Tracking:Conduct A/B testing on different copy variations, track performance metrics (CTR, CVR), and use data insights to continuously refine and improve content strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience:2+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or e-commerce localization (experience with Amazon or TikTok is a plus).
2. Language & Audience Understanding: English speaker with a strong ability to analyze and understand target audience needs and preferences.
3. Data-Driven Mindset:Proficient in SEO, conversion optimization, and performance metrics (CTR, CVR), with a keen eye for data analysis.
4. Creative & Adaptable:Ability to maintain brand voice while adapting to market trends and platform-specific best practices.
5. Preferred Experience:
● Familiarity with Amazon content strategies is highly preferred.
● Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
