We are looking for an individual who is personable, tech-savvy, and takes pride in seeing manufacturers develop better leaders and problem solvers. Become an appreciated Marketing and Content Specialist by creating podcasts, webinars, and campaigns that result in sales leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute all administrative and creative facets of the podcast & webinars

Create and execute all marketing communications (email, social, direct)

Create lead generator PDF’s, training flyers, and training workbooks

Update pages on the website

Coordinate and collect testimonials

Recruit and manage sponsors (Awards Gala and Mega Meeting)

Setup and support sales events and speaking engagements

Design and manage voice of the customer surveys

Backup producer for online workshops over Zoom

Other duties and improvements as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Likes to have fun while getting things done

7+ years marketing, content creation experience

Required experience: Wordpress and Canva

Experience with: Audio and video editing software (GarageBand & Final Cut Pro)

Experience with: CRM and Social Posting software (Active Campaign, Metricool)

Professional communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
