Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and has a passion for marketing, social media, and content creation. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Create compelling and original content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Develop multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and images to enhance engagement.
Collaborate on video production projects, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Assist with photography for new product models, updates, company events, and trade shows.

Social Media Management:

Develop and maintain a social media posting schedule to ensure consistent online presence.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing:

Assist with email marketing campaigns.
Optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing efforts.

Brand Management:

Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to company brand guidelines.
Develop marketing materials and content to support dealer partnerships and sales initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Experience with photo and video editing.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in web analytics tools.
