Evergreen Care Homes is seeking a contracted marketing representative to assist in our growth as we expand our portfolio of homes.

Summary

As an Assisted Living Marketer, you will be instrumental in promoting our community and attracting new residents. Reporting to the Vice President, you will leverage your core marketing skills alongside premium abilities in SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing to enhance our outreach efforts. Your expertise in multichannel marketing and content creation will be vital in developing engaging campaigns. Additionally, your relevant skills in performance marketing and copywriting will support our mission to provide exceptional living experiences for seniors. About Evergreen
Evergreen Care Homes currently has 5 active Assisted Living Group Homes across the southwest metro. We have been in operation since 2023 and are continuing to expand across the metro. We currently accept both private pay and waiver residents.

About You
The right fit for us is someone with an upbeat personality, eager to engage with our referral partners, and someone who heavily focuses on understanding prospective resident's needs and guiding them to the right home to match those needs. This role is contracted 1099 and fully commission base, so this is ideal for someone who enjoys the flexibility to work your own hours while dictating your earning potential.

Compensation
This role is 1099 and fully on commission. Commission is paid at 50% of the first month's bill for each resident sourced ($5,000-$12,000 payout per new resident directly sourced). This role does not include a base salary.
