Job Description

The New York City-based Flex Content Creator and Editor partners with creative and marketing teams to build dynamic and engaging fashion focused videos that align with our brand vision and supports our marketing priorities. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to Produce, Direct, Shoot and Edit high quality socially relevant videos for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.

A day in the life...

Build creative and engaging fashion-focused videos that support the priorities of a marketing campaigns
Partner with Creative Directors, Creative Managers, Production, Art Direction, Styling and other partners to develop a vision for external facing marketing and social video content on a project-by-project basis
Contribute to concepting and storyboarding that effectively reinforce marketing priorities and creative direction to drive sales
Anticipate and resolve on-set challenges creatively by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
Manage all digital assets through multiple rounds of edits and formats, while aligning with our archiving best practices
Execute processes efficiently while maintaining established department guidelines, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
Collaborate with motion graphics designers and colorists to create a seamless workflow that assures deliverable timelines across all aspect ratios are met in an orderly and timely fashion.
Lead the video post production process with internal team stakeholders, including creative reviews and revisions
Stay current on fashion, social media video, CGi & AI trends and explore ways to incorporate these concepts into pitch meetings and compelling video content

You own this if you have...

Expert knowledge of current video workflows for example, DSLR, iPhone, etc
Strong video storytelling in a retail and fashion environment
Demonstrated ability to direct, produce, shoot and edit engaging fashion driven media content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
Fluency in Adobe CC software, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; ability to work in Resolve a plus
Strong understanding of color profile management for video and image
Strong understanding of video encoding / transcoding, specifically for web
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in dealing with multiple priorities and timelines
Ability to work efficiently and effectively on an independent basis while providing support to the video team as needed
Passion to explore and incorporate new technologies in video creation, including scripting, production, editing, and graphics

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$35.50 - $57.25 Hourly

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
