Overview

Sprinkler Medix is looking for a creative and driven Video Production Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of video ad production from concept to launch.

You’ll work directly with the owner to film, edit, and deploy short-form videos designed around the Hook, Story, Offer framework. These ads will be actively tested on Facebook and funneled into our high-converting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the owner to brainstorm and storyboard short-form video ads (30–90 seconds).
Film high-quality content using professional video equipment (provided if needed).
Edit videos quickly and effectively for use on Facebook, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for mobile view.
Add subtitles, visual effects, and branding elements to improve performance.
Upload and test video ads in Facebook Ad Manager and input them into existing funnels.
Track basic ad performance and coordinate with the team to iterate based on results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience filming and editing video content (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
Understanding of marketing psychology and short-form advertising (especially Facebook ads).
Ability to turn around projects quickly and adapt based on feedback.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing.
Comfortable working in-person 1–2 days per week in Rexburg to film and edit.
Familiarity with Facebook Ad Manager is a plus (training available).
