We’re now looking for a creative and driven In-House Content Creator to help share our story and engage with our community through social media and digital platforms.

Job Summary:
The In-House Content Creator will be responsible for developing and producing engaging content to promote our brand, services, and patient experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing and administrative teams to create content that resonates with current and prospective patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and edit photo and video content for social media, website, and email campaigns
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals
Shoot content in-office with staff and patients (with consent)
Write engaging captions, blog posts, and educational materials
Monitor trends and suggest new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness
Track analytics to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation (social media, photography, video editing, etc.)
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable filming in a healthcare/pediatric environment

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in healthcare or pediatric content creation

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
