We're looking for a personable, smart, proactive, creative Marketing Assistant - someone that picks things up quickly, is hardworking - someone who just gets it.

What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the agency lead to support execution across multiple clients and platforms. You’ll be working on both creative projects and ad building, analyzing and optimizing, and will help keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include:

Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Conduct keyword research and assist in SEO optimization.
Creative ad copywriting
Assist with graphic design in Canva (e.g., social graphics, client presentations, ad creatives)
Communicate with vendors
Help create and schedule social content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
Monitor and engage in community management across client social media accounts
Assist with data analysis and create weekly/monthly performance reports
Miscellaneous tasks that arise throughout the week

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Are proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Understand basic SEO principles and how keywords work
Are a strong writer who can adapt to different brand voices
Have a good eye for design and can confidently use Canva
Keep up with trends, know what performs well on TikTok & Instagram, and can help execute on content creation
Enjoy wearing multiple hats and managing lots of moving parts
Are organized, proactive, and resourceful
Communicate clearly and respectfully - especially to clients
Can take initiative and problem-solve independently when needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
