Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cohesive editorial strategy aligned with the ministry’s brand, goals, and audience needs.
Manage a team of writers, editors, and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Oversee the content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring high-quality, error-free content that meets deadlines.
Maintain and enforce editorial standards, style guides, and brand voice across all content channels (e.g., website, social media, print).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and audience growth.
Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to inform future editorial decisions.
Manage editorial budgets, resources, and schedules for multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Stay current on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content platforms to keep content competitive and relevant.
Handle editorial challenges, such as resolving conflicts, managing revisions, or addressing sensitive topics, with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
3-5 years of experience in editorial management, content creation, or a related role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., media, publishing, digital marketing].
Proven track record of leading editorial teams and managing complex content projects from start to finish.
Exceptional editing and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
