We are seeking a proactive and organized PR & Influencer Marketing Associate to support our marketing teams. This position is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in public relations, influencer management, and event coordination in the fashion and accessories sector.

Key Responsibilities

PR Agency Liaison:

Assist with day-to-day communication between the brand and external PR agencies.
Support the creation and distribution of press releases, product samples, and brand assets.
Maintain media lists, track coverage, and help compile regular PR reports.

Influencer Management:

Research and identify suitable influencers for campaigns based on brand criteria.
Coordinate gifting, product seeding, and collaboration logistics.
Track and record influencer content, engagement, and campaign performance.
Help manage influencer contracts, communication, and database.

Event Planning Support:

Assist the marketing team in organizing small-scale events (e.g., influencer brunches, press previews, pop-ups).
Handle venue research, vendor communication, guest list compilation, and RSVP tracking.
Support onsite event execution and post-event reporting.

General Administration:

Help manage project timelines, budgets, and status documents.
Support with presentations, image selection, and documentation for internal/external meetings.
Monitor industry press and competitor activity as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in marketing, PR, communications, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in fashion, social media, and/or consumer brands.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with major social media platforms.
Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
