EntertainmentNow.com, the new premium entertainment news destination from the makers of Heavy.com, is seeking fast and relentless freelance reporters who know how to spot and cover the biggest stories in entertainment, on and off the screen and stage.

Successful candidates will independently and aggressively find and report high-quality stories across a range of celebrity and entertainment topics.

Current beat opportunities include Hallmark, Dancing With the Stars, Real Housewives/Bravo, HGTV, MTV, Survivor, Big Brother, The Bachelor/The Bachelorette, Soaps, Food TV, Star Trek, Broadway, late-night shows, daytime talk shows and weekend reporting.

We’re looking for:

Deep knowledge of and passion for celebrity and entertainment news.
Ability to quickly navigate social media to spot breaking news and find information.
Huge appetite for pageviews driven by quality content.
Clean, fast writing with an instinct for headline writing and SEO.
Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop.
Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:

Writing multiple articles daily on breaking and trending stories.
Identifying traffic-generating opportunities across celebrity and entertainment topics.
Collaborating with editors to develop sharp, impactful coverage.

This is a remote freelance role. Compensation scales with performance.
