Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Content Creator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Promote the company’s leading reputation and culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the development of digital training curriculum including writing, editing, designing and organizing content.
- Coordinate photography and videography needs including digital asset inventory and management to produce and assemble custom e-Learning courses.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
- Some nationwide travel required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or Marketing-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Video editing and video asset management experience preferred.
- Previous digital media experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of camera functionality including 360 camera’s, go-pros and drones.
- Must be able to obtain an FAA107 license.
- Strong writing skills, including editing, grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
- Solid understanding of editorial illustration and how to place, arrange, and format content to maximize visual appeal and communication of curriculum.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications. Experience with Articulate and Canva preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks or projects at various levels of completion.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
- Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen.
- Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
