We are looking for a media expert with a focus on Paid Social to join our in-house organization responsible for our media planning practice & capabilities across Meta Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Meta Reality Labs and Meta Corporate Marketing. Our Media Planning team is at the forefront of media, constantly pushing the boundaries of plans to captivate audiences and contribute to business results. We scale and execute best-in-class media plans, seek opportunities for deeper integrations and partnerships, and embrace technologies & capabilities to innovate.
In this role, we are seeking a strategic thought leader to drive our paid media presence across Meta owned channels. The individual will define, document and communicate our approach to using our own platforms and continue to build upon best practices and capabilities for our marketing campaigns. They will partner deeply with internal stakeholders across Marketing and cross-functional campaign teams (i.e. Decision Science, Insights, and Creative), MarTech and DR to understand media strategy and planning, partner with agency teams to stay abreast of the social landscape, and connect with internal product / sales teams to identify opportunities to support marketing/media priorities and learnings.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated media experience across paid social channels, including Meta platforms and our advertising tools, as well as the broader digital media landscape. They will have proven leadership experience driving strategy, planning and implementation of Brand focused paid media campaigns with some familiarity/experience with performance/direct response marketing. Ideal candidates should be strategic leaders in the paid social space, capable of influencing up and across stakeholders, setting direction and driving programs to completion. They should thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, results-driven environment and be able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
