We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Paid Search Associate, remotely.
The Paid Search Associate will support the Paid Search team in managing, optimizing, and analyzing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and other paid search/shopping networks. This role will also have involvement in running Display and OLV tactics. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and a keen interest in paid search advertising. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing with hands-on experience in paid search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in the creation and management of paid search campaigns
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Ad Copywriting: Support the development of compelling ad copy and ensure ads are aligned with campaign objectives. Also communicate well performing ad copy to the org to halo best practices down
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign performance and make optimization decisions within each unique advertiser
- A/B Testing: Support the implementation and analysis of A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and keyword targeting to improve campaign performance
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' paid search strategies and provide insights to improve our campaigns. Also monitor impression share and recommend adjustments to keep us competitive
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid search advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (PPC, SEM, keywords, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
