SnackCo of America manufactures and sells potato chips and other snack products to distributors, food chains, and convenience stores (C-stores). We are looking to expand our sales and customer service team to better serve our customers and extend our reach. In this role, you will be a vital part of the customer support team, representing the company and ensuring that we meet customer needs in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for our online marketing presence, assisting with new customer inquiries, providing necessary customer service, and exploring new sales channels for our products.
Responsibilities for this position includes, but is not limited to:
- Receive new customer requests and initiate communication while gathering necessary information for customer service.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
- Maintain and grow social media accounts for the company’s brand.
- Develop events and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
- Conduct meetings and other communications with customers and brokers.
- Complete required documentation and specifications.
- Prepare and provide product samples.
- Perform other customer support, sales, and marketing
