Job Overview:As a Social Media Influencer (Remote) at Referral Rascal, you’ll use your personal or brand social media accounts to share valuable content about affordable health insurance options. You’ll receive a unique referral link to share with your followers, earning commissions for every successful sign-up made through your link. This role allows you to engage your audience, help families access the health insurance they need, and earn based on your influence—on your own terms and schedule.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours, making it perfect for influencers or individuals passionate about social media marketing and healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Referral Rascal’s services by sharing content on your personal or brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Use your influence to share your unique referral link, encouraging followers to sign up for affordable health insurance (Medicare and ACA).
- Create and post engaging, informative content that resonates with your audience, explaining how Referral Rascal can help them find the right coverage.
- Track the performance of your referrals and follow up to ensure sign-ups are completed.
- Engage with your followers, answer questions, and provide valuable information about health insurance options.
- Monitor and report your referral performance, including sign-ups and commissions, using our affiliate tracking platform.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an influencer or content creator with a strong social media following.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for your audience.
- A passion for helping others and educating people about healthcare options.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your social media presence professionally.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and affiliate marketing tools.
- Experience managing and growing your personal or brand social media accounts.
- No prior healthcare or insurance experience necessary, but it’s a plus!
