Position Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who can confidently take the lead on content creation, including being in front of the camera, while also leveraging their expertise in digital marketing and lead generation. This high-level role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, analyzing performance data, and driving organic growth that leads to tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across all platforms, including video content where you’ll appear on camera.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to generate leads and drive sales.
- Organic Growth Strategies: Implement creative and innovative strategies to grow our social media presence organically, focusing on engagement and community building.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content and campaigns align with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies to convert social media traffic into leads and paying clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Utilize graphic design skills to produce visually appealing content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback, fostering positive relationships with followers.
Qualifications
- Content Creation Expertise: Comfortable and skilled at creating on-camera video content and other forms of social media content.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience running successful ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of ad platforms and targeting strategies.
- Analytics Savvy: Strong ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to optimize campaigns and organic strategies.
- Organic Growth Mastery: Experience developing and executing strategies to grow social media presence organically while driving real business results.
- Results-Driven: A focus on achieving measurable sales growth and client acquisition through social media efforts.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think outside the box while aligning social media strategies with overall business goals.
