SUMMARY
Train Effective Pickleball (@effectivepickleball) is looking for a creative, proactive and driven talent to join our team as Content & Marketing Manager. The key responsibility of this role is to create and distribute content on various social media platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in content marketing and social media management
- Ruthless execution skills to implement things with high quality & efficiency, end-to-end from coming up with new ideas to execution and posting
- Ability to create reactive content, motivational storytelling and give value to players
- Pickleball knowledge and passion for sport
- Experience playing Pickleball at a high level is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brainstorming & Content Creation
To propose new ideas and concepts for viral, educational social media content to reach new audiences of aspiring pickleball players and create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules.
2. Content Briefs
Writing content briefs for the editors around motivating and inspiring Pickleball training content and tips.
3. Content Marketing & Social media management
To manage social media communications and campaigns.
4. Relationship Management
To establish relationships with creators and manage collaborations.
