About the Role:
As Director of Ecommerce, you’ll drive the success of our online product portfolio and shopping experience to maximize revenue and conversions. You will play a pivotal role in defining sales strategies, launching new products, driving advertising campaigns, managing accurate content and working with various departments to achieve collective success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all ecommerce channels regarding marketing strategy, content management, sales, advertising strategy and management.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer journey, profiles, competitive landscape and needs to identify business process improvements.
- Provide recommendations to improve the online experience and ease of doing business on eCommerce platforms.
- Leverage analytics, web tools and voice of customer research to support ongoing changes to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure that all website content, creative assets, promotions, and product details are accurate and consistent with brand standards.
- Manage product launches for existing and new products.
- Manage third party contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of ecommerce, Marketing experience, along with managing a 1P relationship with Amazon via Vendor Central including negotiating annual agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales (focus on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing) or related field.
- Experience with AMS advertising platform, PPC and SEO management.
- Proven skills in data and performance analysis using Microsoft Excel; experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing category financials and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
- Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with consumer packaging, technical writing, and design of product instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
