We are seeking a flexible, data-driven Product-Led Marketing Generalist with expertise in email marketing, analytics, customer retention strategies, and product-led marketing tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute effective email campaigns focused on customer engagement, retention, and product-led growth.
- Write compelling copy and optimize emails to drive conversions and user activation.
- Analyze email performance metrics and A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics
- Leverage tools like FullStory and other analytics platforms to track user behavior, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports across marketing channels.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine customer journeys based on data.
Customer Retention
- Implement retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Develop campaigns, content, and initiatives to improve user engagement and reduce churn.
- Monitor key retention metrics and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
Product-Led Marketing Tests
- Design and execute small-scale product-led marketing experiments to test user engagement and acquisition hypotheses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product messaging and value propositions.
- Track and optimize experiment results to support product adoption goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing, including copywriting and campaign optimization.
- Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Experience in customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with product-led growth methodologies and marketing experimentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- A flexible, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
