Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Troy, NY (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000

Our client, a rapidly growing tech company, is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of content creation, work on diverse marketing initiatives, and grow within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create and edit videos using stock footage for online and social media.
Design co-branded marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and customization.
Use Photoshop (and Canva for quick designs) to create high-quality visuals.
Support email marketing campaigns (HubSpot and Mailchimp training provided).
Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Follow creative direction and participate in content assessments.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in content marketing, graphic design, or digital media (internship experience is also considered).
Proficiency in Photoshop (required), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
Strong writing, editing, and social media content creation skills.
Experience in video editing and creating social media content.
Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a startup culture.
Excellent communication skills with a strong creative drive.
