SEO Specialist - Los Angeles, CA (On Site)
Salary: $25 - $30/hr plus Full Benefits
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of Local SEO experience for a law firm with multiple locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with content writers, marketing team, webmaster and graphic designers to enhance our local landing page content to improve UX, GBP rankings, rate of conversion. Also interface with these departments to improve our social media presence by way of engaging content, posts, graphics to increase website traffic, to generate qualified leads. Monitor and engage with GBP and other local listing directories to ensure NAP consistency, reputation management and to identify opportunities to generate positive link signals You will play a key role in improving GBP rankings for all of their locations to drive qualified leads and case acquisition for the firm. Proven success in local linkbuilding (including local business organization memberships, sponsorships, editorial and general interest backlink acquisition), link management, and demonstrating impact on organic local search performance. Hired candidate will develop and implement end-to-end backlink acquisition strategies tailored to Identify high-quality local link opportunities through competitor analysis, link gap analysis, and outreach to authoritative domains, local organizations, industry publications, and local influencers/business owners where applicable. REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, ahrefs, BrightLocal or PlacesScout, Screaming Frog, and/or other similar SEO analytic and competitor analysis tools. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of trends in Local SEO & digital marketing. Excellent outreach and communication skills with an ability to forge partnerships with publishers, partners and influencers for local linkbuilding efforts. Team player with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for internal teams and partners.
