Responsibilities

🔹 Video & Photography Content

Ideate, produce and create short and long-form video content.
Occasionally, create product and lifestyle photos – handling shooting, lighting, editing, and jewelry retouching.
Manage all aspects of pre and post-production, including editing, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.

🔹Shoot Production - Quarterly Basis

Manage production of brand shoots, including logistics, coordination, timelines, shot lists, and creative decks.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and execute full-cycle content production.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, experimental environment, balancing multiple short-term and long-term projects and deadlines.

🔹Content Management

Own the organization and management of internal content libraries post-shoot.
Manage in-house mini studio space and its equipment.
Work in collaboration with the Marketing, Social & Content teams on marketing deliverables.

Who You Are

A skilled videographer/filmmaker with hands-on experience creating both storytelling videos and still work for marketing needs.
You know your way around professional equipment and their setups to achieve high-quality on-brand creative.
Experienced in content marketing production planning, from shoot logistics to managing external collaborators. You’ve worked on set and know what goes into video and photo pre and post-production to ensure smooth shoot-day flow and timely asset delivery.
Highly organized – you ensure timely delivery of owned and externally sourced content.
You understand marketing KPIs and know how to apply learning to ensure performance.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing content assets efficiently. You’re equal parts creator and manager.
Cool under pressure. You leverage experience and creative thinking to come up with solutions – turning problems into opportunities.
You come to the table with creative ideas that you communicate clearly. You are tapped into culture and trends.
Details matter. You have an eye for detail and visual communication.
Experienced in hands-on content production – from shooting, lighting, and use of equipment to color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
Software: Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, CaptureOne, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalents.
Bonus points if you have experience using AI to optimize content pre or post-production.
Passionate about brand storytelling and content experimentation across brand, social, and digital platforms.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio with relevant video work examples, showcasing technical expertise, production experience, an eye for detail and creative storytelling. Your portfolio should showcase prior experience working with objects of small scale akin to jewelry and diamonds.
