Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strong online marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and sales.
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms to showcase our products, project results, and industry expertise.
Manage and grow our email marketing campaigns – design newsletters, promotions, and follow-up sequences.
Work closely with the team to understand product features and market positioning.
Track analytics and adjust strategy to improve engagement and conversion.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
Preferred: Background or experience in concrete coatings, epoxy, polyaspartics, or a similar construction-related field.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on-site.
