Role Overview
Are you a tech-savvy storyteller who lives and breathes social media? Hearit.ai is seeking a Digital Content Creator / AI & Tech Content Strategist to craft engaging content and shape our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
This is an in-office, entry-level position in Anaheim, CA — perfect for a recent graduate (0-2 years experience) eager to launch their career in content creation and AI. In this role, you’ll do it all – from brainstorming content strategy to rolling up your sleeves and executing on it. You’ll turn cutting-edge AI tech into compelling stories that resonate with a wide audience. You’ll have a direct impact from day one, helping to grow our community and define the voice of a company at the forefront of AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for all our digital channels. Ensure each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter) features content tailored to its audience and format.
- Content Creation & Editing: Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality content (written posts, images, videos) that showcases Hearit.ai’s products and mission. You’ll produce everything from short, catchy TikTok clips to informative LinkedIn articles while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Storytelling: Leverage your creative storytelling and communication skills to connect with our audience. Turn complex AI and tech concepts into relatable, engaging narratives that anyone can enjoy.
- Optimize for Engagement: Optimize content for engagement and reach. Experiment with hashtags, trends, and posting times to maximize views, likes, and shares while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analytics & Iteration: Monitor and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine our content strategy and continuously improve results.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product and marketing teams to align content with product launches, feature updates, and campaigns. Ensure all messaging is consistent and highlights the latest innovations at Hearit.ai.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with trends in AI, tech, and digital content. Bring fresh ideas from emerging social media trends or viral formats, and be ready to adapt quickly as the digital landscape evolves.
Key Requirements
- Passion for AI & Tech: A strong interest in AI technology and consumer electronics. You love gadgets and keep up with the latest tech innovations.
- Content Creation Experience: Proven track record of creating digital content that engages an audience. This could be through personal projects, a strong social media presence, internships, or coursework – show us your creativity in action.
- Storytelling & Communication: Excellent storytelling abilities and written/verbal communication skills. Able to explain technical concepts in a clear, fun, and engaging way.
- Creative Production Skills: Ability to take a content idea from concept to publication. You can film, edit, and publish videos or visuals using your favorite tools.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Familiarity with using platform-specific insights (like TikTok analytics, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio) to gauge performance.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. You’re proactive, open to feedback, and ready to wear many hats to get the job done.
- Education & Experience: 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Recent graduates (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with relevant internships or content projects are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 USD per month (based on experience).
