AllHaus is a premium residential general contractor delivering remodels, new builds, and home management services in Arizona and Montana. We’re dedicated to thoughtful craftsmanship, elevated design, and white-glove service. As we grow, we’re looking for a strategic and creative marketing professional to lead and execute our marketing efforts from the inside out.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Manager who thrives in a high growth environment and brings first hand expertise in digital marketing, content creation, brand growth, and analytics. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing our marketing engine to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement across two growing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media (Search + Social):
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Daily/weekly monitoring of ad performance, budget pacing, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate on landing pages and conversion tracking.
- Provide clear monthly performance reports.
SEO + Content Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements.
- Create and manage a content calendar focused on blogs, guides, and service pages (2–4 posts/month).
- Work with designers/writers (freelancers or internal) to develop assets that elevate the AllHaus brand online.
Email Marketing:
- Build and manage email campaigns and automation flows (Hubspot experience a plus).
- Segment lists and tailor messaging for multiple markets (AZ & MT).
- Track open/click rates and iterate for performance.
Creative Coordination:
- Work with internal and external creative partners to produce compelling assets for ads, email, and web.
- Oversee consistent branding across all visual touchpoints.
Analytics + Reporting:
- Create and manage a real-time dashboard for marketing KPIs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations during monthly performance reviews.
- Adjust tactics based on data and business priorities.
Other
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate product management efforts to ensure successful launches and ongoing promotion of products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- 3–6 years experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience managing paid media and SEO/content strategies.
- Strong understanding of email platforms (preferably Hubspot).
- Comfort with creative briefs and collaboration with designers.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc).
- Strong communicator, highly organized, self-starter mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with residential services or luxury brands.
- Copywriting or design skills.
- Familiarity with the AZ and/or MT luxury markets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
