We are a leading financial services company focused on empowering individuals to secure their financial futures through our innovative 401k retirement savings platform. We are looking to hire a talented Content Marketing Manager on a contract-to-hire basis to develop and execute engaging content strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement for our platform. This role will start out part-time, but progression to full-time and eventually permanent if we achieve our funding goal in September / October timeframe.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience.
Create high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and social media updates, tailored to the financial services and retirement planning space.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize content discoverability and organic traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure content consistency and alignment.
Measure and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and financial services.
Manage and maintain relationships with external content creators and agencies, as needed.
Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and brand standards.

Ideal Background:

Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager within the financial services industry.
Deep understanding of 401k retirement savings and related financial concepts.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
