We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Social Media and Content Creator to lead our short-form video and social storytelling during True Classic’s next phase of growth. This role will drive impact across our global, omnichannel business and requires a strategic creative who thrives in fast-paced, trend-driven environments.
We’re looking for a social-savvy content genius to take the reins on our TikTok, Reels, and IG strategy. Someone who gets the For You Page, knows their lighting angles, and can turn vibes into views. This is part strategist, part videographer, part trend-hacker. If you’re funny, fast, and can make content people want to send to their group chat — let’s talk.
This role is based at our HQ in Calabasas, CA and requires in-office presence.
All roles at True Classic are global and omnichannel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels.
Areas of Accountability
- Own and execute our social content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platform
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos in both UGC and in-house formats
- Create reactive, trend-driven content that feels native to each platform
- Build and manage a social content calendar that blends product features, pop culture, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams to support launches and brand campaigns
- Act as an on-screen talent or voice of the brand when appropriate
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience managing or creating content for a social-first brand, or equivalent personal portfolio.
- Proven success in building engagement and reach through short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Strong instincts for editing, pacing, and trend relevance.
- Proficiency with mobile video capture, editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), and social scheduling platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

- Deep understanding of Gen Z humor, internet culture, and emerging trends
- Ability to concept, produce, and publish content end-to-end — fast
- Creative, collaborative, and highly adaptive to feedback and real-time shifts
- Passion for fashion, men's lifestyle, and eCommerce (bonus)
- Clear, compelling written and visual communication
Compensation And Benefits - Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 (dependent on experience)
