Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and produce compelling, medically sound copy for HCP-focused campaigns across diverse media, including digital, print, video, and social channels.
Collaborate closely with creative teams (art directors, designers) and account managers to ensure strategic alignment and achieve client objectives.
Translate intricate medical and scientific data into clear, persuasive messaging tailored for healthcare professionals.
Maintain rigorous quality control by reviewing and refining copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Present creative concepts and copy rationales to internal and external stakeholders with confidence and strategic insight.
Stay abreast of evolving pharmaceutical advertising regulations and industry best practices.
Mentor and guide junior copywriting staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or portfolio school preferred.
3-5 years of proven experience crafting HCP advertising copy within a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency setting.
In-depth understanding of HCP marketing principles, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and medical content.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex medical information into engaging and persuasive creative content.
Strong collaborative and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to research and utilize medical and scientific journals for content creation.
