JOB TITLE: Social Media & Community Account Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a creative, organized and insight-driven Social Media & Community Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics. The right candidate will own the day-to-day running of client social channels, ensuring that content not only goes live—but performs. With a sharp eye for brand voice, cultural relevance, and platform nuance, this person will be responsible for making sure every post, comment, and message ladders up to brand love and measurable success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Own monthly and quarterly content calendars, aligning with brand moments, launches, and seasonal/cultural moments
- Manage daily community engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content, escalating as needed
- Monitor brand and influencer content to flag missed deliverables, evaluate sentiment, and identify content worth amplifying
- Deliver monthly reporting on channel performance, engagement, content effectiveness, and insights
- Collaborate with internal and external content creators, from briefing to approvals and packaging for client use
- Manage UGC creator briefing process—developing briefs, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with brand goals
- Partner with our in-house content team on in-feed and story content, from static graphics to short-form video
- Work cross-functionally with PR, Influencer, and Strategy teams to align messaging and maximize earned and owned content impact
- Stay ahead of social platform updates, content trends, and emerging creator voices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5 years of experience managing brand social media channels, either in-house or at a leading agency
- Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms; confident in platform tools and analytics
- Strong copywriting skills and a deep understanding of brand tone of voice
- Proven experience in community management and performance reporting
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited by the fast pace of the beauty and culture landscape
- Experience working directly with UGC creators or influencer talent is a plus
- Background in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is preferred
