As a Copywriter, you'll play a central role in bringing brand stories to life across channels, working from strategy through execution. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to create work that resonates with customers and supports business goals. From customer-centric messaging to sharp, culturally relevant campaigns, your words will help shift perceptions and spark action.

About the In-House Creative Studio
Our in-house creative team develops bold, effective campaigns that stay true to our brand's values while evolving with the culture. We partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our creative meets high standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling copy that reflects a deep understanding of customer needs and brand voice across a wide range of formats and platforms.
- Translate complex briefs into copy that is clear, captivating, and on-strategy.
- Manage multiple projects across timelines and levels of complexity, collaborating closely with copy leadership and creative partners.
- Meet deadlines and quality standards, and contribute to reviews, edits, and feedback loops with a collaborative mindset.
- Participate in project kick-offs, push for clarity when needed, and articulate your creative choices confidently.
- Help maintain the consistency of brand tone, style, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Support quality assurance by checking final outputs for accuracy and alignment with approved copy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, retail competitors, and cultural shifts that impact how we communicate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising).
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 2 years in e-commerce or retail marketing.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and a solid grasp of brand voice and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
- Organizational excellence and a proactive mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills to manage feedback and build strong working relationships.
- Bonus: A great sense of humor and appreciation for well-crafted words.
