We are looking for experienced Lifestyle Product Photographer who loves what they do and continuing to grow creatively.
The Photographer tactically executes Dixxon photography strategy, including:
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of visual content projects, including product and lifestyle shoots.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Capture high-quality images that showcase our apparel in an engaging and on-brand manner.
- Edit and retouch photos using professional software, ensuring consistency, accurate color correction, and polished final assets.
- Stay current with photography trends and techniques, continually incorporating fresh ideas and technologies, including AI.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, and related technical equipment for shoots.
- Maintain inventory of photography equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Direct models, stylists, and team members during shoots to ensure a cohesive visual narrative
- Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an orderly and accessible photo library.
- Collaborate on developing creative concepts
- Oversee shoot logistics, including location scouting, prop sourcing, and equipment preparation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on set and ensure smooth shoot execution.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to support all visual content needs.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven professional photography experience, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong portfolio highlighting fashion and apparel photography.
- Proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting setups, and post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
- Deep understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp aesthetic sensibility.
- Experience directing models and collaborating with stylists and creative teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content optimized for digital channels is a plus.
Ability to travel out of state occasionally for shoots (approx. 3 times/year)

SCHEDULE
Must be available to work full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, in our Tempe office and available for overtime/flex schedule during peak season, special events or the occasional evening or weekend.
