We’re seeking a strong writer first—a Content Marketing Strategist who can craft compelling messaging for blogs, social posts, ad captions, and simple visual content. The ideal candidate has a writing-driven background, an eye for design, and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging social content across platforms. This hybrid role blends storytelling, strategy, and creative execution to elevate our clients’ digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for email campaigns, social media posts, carousel ads, reels, stories, and promotional graphics.
- Draft blogs, website copy, and long-form captions tailored to different brand voices and audiences.
- Translate client goals into effective messaging through well-structured writing and creative execution.
- Collaborate with design teams to bring written content to life through visuals.
- Create simple graphics (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) when needed.
- Brainstorm and structure carousel ads, quote graphics, story series, and campaign concepts.
- Assist with short-form video content ideas (scripting, captioning, and light editing if capable).
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all platforms.
- Work alongside Client Services to align creative messaging with strategy.
- Stay current on writing trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.
What We’re Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- A strong writing background with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across formats.
- Proven experience crafting copy for social media, blogs, or digital campaigns.
- Ability to provide writing support across both short-form and long-form content.
- Conceptual thinker with a writing-first mindset who can take ideas from brainstorm to polished copy.
- Experience using Canva (required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (bonus).
- Bonus if comfortable editing short-form videos for reels or social ads.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Skilled in adjusting tone and voice across clients and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills—especially in presenting and explaining copy ideas.
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.

- Familiarity with short-form video trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Social media content creation: 2–3 years (Preferred)
- Copywriting and/or blog writing: 3–4 years (Preferred)
- Light graphic design experience (Canva required; Adobe bonus)
