About the Role: SEO Specialist
As an SEO Specialist at IOI Solutions, you’ll be a hands-on force in executing high-impact strategies that drive organic acquisition and customer growth. This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage day-to-day SEO execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the performance of full-funnel acquisition campaigns.
You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, designers, and media buyers to ensure every piece of content, keyword decision, and technical fix ladders up to revenue-driving outcomes. Your focus is on real business KPIs—not vanity metrics. You'll be integral to pushing the boundaries of what organic marketing can deliver in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
Execution & Optimization
- Perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimizations, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Implement strategies that align with our client's NSMs (North Star Metrics), including increasing SQLs, sales, or LTV
- Analyze and act on data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Content & Visibility
- Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-driven pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Lead internal linking campaigns, metadata improvements, and structured data enhancements to maximize SERP presence
- Contribute to Share of SERP and pipeline-driving keyword mapping across buyer lifecycle stages
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate results and action plans clearly in monthly reports and client calls
- Proactively flag growth opportunities, roadblocks, and shifts in SEO performance
- Partner with Growth Strategists to align SEO work with broader paid, CRO, and brand strategies
Project Ownership
- Manage your SEO pipeline using our agency's systems and Asana
- Coordinate with CRO and Paid Media teams for cross-functional impact
- Own timelines and ensure SEO deliverables are executed to the highest standard
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated success with B2B or B2C SEO in an agency environment
- Comfort working in fast-paced, data-driven settings with high client expectations
- Strong understanding of core tools: Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Ability to tell a story with data and make strategic decisions that impact CAC, LTV, and SQL volume
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, Local SEO, or working alongside Paid Media teams
