Core Responsibilities:
Content Oversight, Coordination & Brand Alignment
- Review and approve all content before it goes live across Amazon Storefront, LTK, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Approximately 30 posts per month.
- Rewrite/adjust captions as needed to ensure brand voice consistency.
- Ensure all posts include correct link automations and are scheduled out according to the content calendar
- Oversee Pinterest strategy and ensure deliverables are being met
- Oversee quarterly website product curation for seasonal refreshes - 4x per year (project management + product selection only. No coding experience needed.) -
- Support occasional overflow tasks during peak seasons (e.g., Prime Days, holidays)
Monthly Deliverables Management
- Develop content strategy for 1 carousel per week + 2–4 blogs/emails per month + 2-4 emails per month, using a repurposing workflow (carousel → blog → email). To ensure they work together cohesively each month
- Design and create 1-2 carousels per week curating products and sourcing content from the clients content bank
- Select trending topics, create content, and coordinate execution with the client and creative team members.
- Research trending topics and keep up with industry trends
- Share creative ideas and research AI and new tools to improve how we work
- Stay plugged into pop culture, fashion, and marketing trends
- Creating SOPs for contract and in-house roles
- Basic reels editing for 2-4 reels per week
Project & Team Coordination
- Assign tasks in Asana, monitor progress, and check in with team members to meet deadlines
- Keep workflows running smoothly in Canva and other platforms.
- Suggest new systems and AI-driven tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Attend weekly short check ins with agency owner
Client Communication
- Act as the main client contact for 1-2 accounts— handling all email communications and occasional meetings.
- Manage project flow and keep clients feeling supported and cared for.
- Ensure feedback loops are closed and clients always knows what’s in progress.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in marketing, digital, or social media strategy
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
- Understanding of brand voice, keyword research, social media best practices and basic marketing strategy
- Strong writing and copyediting skills
- Expertise working in Canva (or similar tools)
- Expertise with basic reels editing in the IG app
- Up-to-date on fashion, pop culture + social media trends
- Excited to jump in where needed and grow with a fast pace social media agency
Success Metrics
- All content delivered on time, on-brand, and on-message
- Carousels/blogs/emails curated and produced with minimal oversight
- Seasonal and trending content consistently integrated into strategy
- Client feels well cared for, supported, and confident in the process
- Minimal input required from leadership — this role runs independently
- New ideas are brought to the table and efforts are made to improve and grow
Contract Details
- Type: 1099 Contractor role (first 90 days are a trial period)
- Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE (approx. 15 hours per week) (flexible work hours, deadlines are firm)
Location: Remote, Pacific Time Zone preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $24.91 - $30.00 per hour
