Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling concepts and write clear, engaging copy for a variety of projects including in-app content, website copy, product tours, onboarding flows, and long-form user guides.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information about platforms, products, and target audiences.
- Edit, revise, and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and UX best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate creativity and versatility by adjusting tone and language for different contexts and mediums.
- Contribute to UX research efforts, including writing scripts, surveys, and other research-related content as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in copywriting with a focus on digital platforms; UX writing experience or education required.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest or experience in UX research, scriptwriting, or survey creation preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with content design, UX research methods, or usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
