The Content Associate supports the day-to-day execution of Ralph Lauren’s North America content strategy across digital, email, retail, and wholesale with focus on in-store environments and shoot coordination for North America Marketing channels. This role focuses on operational delivery, trafficking, QA, and ensuring content accuracy and timeliness across all placements. It serves as the executional bridge between strategy, creative, and production, helping to maintain seamless workflows, asset readiness, and documentation.

- Traffick and QA content assets to ensure proper formatting and specs across channels.
- Maintain content trackers, calendars, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in routing creative mapping, reviewing drafts, and managing feedback loops.
- Adapt global assets for North American use, ensuring consistency and localization.
- Support campaign recaps, asset tagging, and documentation.
- Liaise with creative teams and external agencies for content delivery.
- Troubleshoot content issues and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to team process improvements and tools adoption.
- Work cross functionally with global marketing, design, and creative teams on shoot needs to support NA Marketing channel needs
Salary range: $62,000 - $80,000 annually,
- Experience in content operations, creative production, or marketing in retail and wholesale environments.
