Paid Media Manager:

The role of the Paid Media Manager is to collaborate with the digital marketing team and marketing director to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals on behalf of our clients. The most qualified candidate have a proven record of success on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google, etc., demonstrating ROAS approaching 4:1. Daily responsibilities include:

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and social platforms
Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs
Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction
Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customer
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements

Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, TitTok, etc)
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
Proficient in Google Suite/Office (particularly Sheets/Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking with strong math skills
BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; additional certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
