Marketing Specialist – Content & Visual Branding

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Granbury. This role is focused on content creation, visual design, and branding, playing a key part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand consistency, and can turn ideas into compelling visuals and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging marketing content across digital and print channels, including graphics, presentations, flyers, social media posts, and web assets
Create and maintain visual assets that align with company branding for use in proposals, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
Collaborate with sales teams to produce professional and visually appealing sales proposals and presentations
Support company marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional events, and product/service launches
Assist in updating and maintaining marketing materials and templates
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence
Provide general marketing and sales support as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation and graphic design (portfolio required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
