Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer and Marketing specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written content that engages our audience and supports our marketing efforts as well as creating a marketing campaign for various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and the ability to adapt writing styles to fit various platforms and audiences. Job requires quarterly on site visit to Thomaston GA. 4 year college degree required.

Responsibilities

Develop and write engaging content for various platforms including blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Utilize WordPress for publishing and managing website content effectively.
Assist in the creation of multimedia content including graphics and videos as needed.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of published content to inform future strategies.

Skills

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility.
Familiarity with WordPress for content management purposes.
Basic knowledge of HTML to assist with formatting web content.
Experience in marketing or content marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Understanding of graphic design principles is a plus.
Knowledge of social media management practices to effectively promote content across platforms.
Experience in videography is an added advantage but not required.
