We are looking for a Beauty Bar Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our establishment or contact us to learn about our beauty services.

Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with our customers.

Receptionist Skills:

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
Customer Service:
Friendly, approachable demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
Problem-solving skills to address concerns and inquiries.
Follow up calls to new customers to make sure that they were satisfied with their services.
Organization:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail for scheduling, filing, and document management.
Multitasking:
Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person visitors efficiently.
Managing appointments, bookings, and office supplies.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling tools.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information and maintaining discretion.

Social Media Manager Skills:

Social Media Platforms:
Proficiency in popular platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Understanding of the latest trends and best practices on each platform.
Content Creation:
Ability to create engaging content (graphics, videos, text) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Photography and video editing skills are often a plus.
Social Media Strategy:
Developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
Branding:
Understanding of maintaining brand voice and consistency across all social media platforms.
Familiarity with creating a cohesive digital presence.
Community Engagement:
Ability to build and maintain a community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Marketing & Advertising:
Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Ability to track ROI and adjust campaigns for effectiveness.
Creative Writing & Copywriting:
Strong writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
Crisis Management:
Ability to handle negative feedback or social media crises diplomatically.

Additional Skills:

Flexibility: Ability to switch between receptionist and social media manager duties based on office needs.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work with other departments (HR, Marketing, Sales) for effective communication.
Basic Graphic Design: Proficiency in basic design tools to create visually appealing social media content.
Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on new tools, software, and social media trends.

This role requires balancing both front-line duties, such as answering calls and managing the office, with creative, strategic tasks related to social media management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
