Position Overview:
Mandala Scrubs is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to craft and execute a cohesive content strategy that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand identity. This dual role will blend strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring that our content and social media efforts align with our broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Mandala Scrubs’ mission, values, and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, curate and share engaging and high-quality content (including text, images, video, graphics, etc.) to increase awareness and engagement
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow Mandala Scrubs’ social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools.
- Use insights to optimize strategies, improve engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.
- Brand Storytelling:
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop compelling narratives.
- Collaboration with Influencers:
- Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Trendspotting:
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep Mandala Scrubs at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating compelling, on-brand content.
- Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with social media advertising and performance metrics.
- Passion for storytelling, healthcare, or lifestyle branding is a bonus.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
