The Opportunity
Join our Adobe 3D Product Marketing team at an exciting inflection point where we're pursuing two critical missions: deepening our understanding of the professional 3D market while democratizing 3D creation for Adobe's vast Creative Cloud audience of designers and visual creators. In this role, you will conduct analytical research and develop marketing strategies to introduce 3D to graphic designers, video creators, and creative professionals. Your data-driven approach will influence our core 3D business and our expansion into new creative areas.
What you'll Do
- Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to introduce 3D to Creative Cloud users. This strategy should include messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign themes that resonate with creators who typically work in 2D.
- Craft and complete research programs that inform the future of both our professional 3D offerings and our strategy for unlocking 3D within traditional creative workflows.
- Develop and manage audience segmentation frameworks that pinpoint key segments for expansion and growth in the professional 3D market and Adobe's design base, focusing on those most inclined to adopt 3D.
- Partner with product teams to translate research insights into actionable product strategies
- Lead customer journey and behavioral analysis studies to understand adoption patterns and barriers
- Establish measurement frameworks and feedback loops that track our success with both professional 3D users and Creative Cloud adoption
- Drive strategic storytelling around market opportunities, using data to influence cross-functional collaborators and executive decisions
- Collaborate with pricing strategy teams to develop and validate pricing and packaging approaches across segments, combining market research, competitive analysis, and willingness-to-pay to optimize offerings and strategies.
What you need to succeed
- BA/BS degree with 8+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA preferred
- Strong base in driving impact through marketing and strategy recommendations, with demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into product and business opportunities
- Deep understanding of creative professional workflows and the ability to identify compelling opportunities for 3D integration
- Solid understanding of audience insights and market research methodologies, with experience developing and completing comprehensive research programs
- Expert at developing and implementing sophisticated segmentation strategies and persona frameworks
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Outstanding cross-functional leadership abilities, with experience driving initiatives through influence rather than direct authority
- Strong storyteller and communicator, able to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences from creative professionals to senior executives
- Attitude that embraces innovation with a proven ability to question conventional wisdom and implement new approaches based on data
- Experience working across both B2C and B2B/Enterprise go-to-market motions
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Global cultural awareness and experience working with international teams
- Passion for creativity and empowering others to bring their ideas to life
